Maltese Cross Mason's 1858 half gallon fruit / canning jar. Marked with the Nov 26 67 and pattern number 75 on the base.
These particular jars with the cross symbol are known to have been produced by Hero Fruit Jar Company, with the majority being manufactured between 1870 and 1890. I couldn't manage to capture them in photos but the letters H F J C appear in the four tips of the Maltese Cross.
Overall condition is great but there is a chip on the rim as shown in the ultra high-resolution photos.
Will be packaged with proper care to ensure a safe delivery.
