Vintage 90's M blue green tropical floral parrot print maxi / midi dress! By Paradise Bay petites. Vibrant and colorful. Palm leaves, hibiscus flowers and white bird parrots. I believe they are cockatiels. Sleeveless. Soft rayon. Long side slits to make it flowy. Has a back tie to cinch waist. Wore it a few times and thought it was so cute. Has a few small blemishes in the fabric but I didn't notice when wearing. See photos. This is older. Otherwise wonderful. Happy to answer any questions ♡♡
