For your consideration is this vintage package of party blowouts produced by Reed Paper Art for Mattel in 1990. These are still in their original package. The plastic is still in good condition and doesn't appear to have any significant holes. The cardboard portion is a little faded and worn. There are 8 yellow blowouts in the package. Each has a Barbie cardstock piece that slips over them. Lovely vintage set.
