Vintage Hand Painted Wood Florentine Serving Tray. Circa 1950’s. Made in Italy. Scalloped edges. Measures 11 inches in diameter. Very light weight.
This beautiful Florentine tray is carved and gold leafed wood with a wonderful, scalloped edge. It has deep red in the border and as a background for the beautiful hand painted floral bouquet in the center. On the back it is stamped "Made in Italy, Florence."
It is in great vintage condition. Overall, this is a beautiful example of this type of import from Italy during the middle of the 1900s. Small chip on edge. Displays beautifully.
