This antique book from 1894 is in very good condition for its age. Binding is still tight and book is very usable. There is a small amount of page yellowing that is to be expected from a book that is more than 100 years old. Pages are fine -not brittle.
Parks English Grammar was a classic school textbook used in the late 1800s thru the early 1900s.
It is considered to be extremely rare an hard to find because of its age and year of publication.
