For your consideration is this vintage decorative ashtray from Kutani of Japan featuring a round flying saucer shape made of porcelain. The bottom mark reads "KUTANI 余九谷 PORCELAINEWARE MADE IN JAPAN". The ashtray has a gold finish border and three cigarette indents on two sides. It weighs 6.3 ounces and measures 6" in length and width, and 0.8" in height.
The handmade ashtray showcases two wrens on pink and green peonies with a floral motif. It is a unique collectible from the 1980s that would make a great addition to any ashtray or tobacciana collection.Condition: Good overall condition with no chips or cracks present. Slight loss of gold finish on cigarette rests.
