I'm decluttering my parents' house and found this portable recorder & cassette player.
The right side of the tape winding mechanism is weak.
It looks like the kind of recorder you'd see in old suspense dramas that are re-broadcast.
Would you be interested in adding it to your collection?
I tested it with a tape and it played with very clear sound, but it quickly malfunctioned.
After investigating, I found that the right side of the tape winding mechanism is not working properly.
I tried moving the part with my finger, but it doesn't feel stiff.
I'm not good with machines, so I don't know much about it.
The battery compartment is free of corrosion.
There are some minor scratches around the tape insertion area and other parts, but it's in good condition overall.
It doesn't come with a power cord.
It runs on 4 AA batteries.
