This fun vintage wedding or baby shower gag gift is a set of dishcloths, sewn together and presented in a box to look like a baby sweater and cap. Handmade in the 1950s, in a pink "Faerie" box with a fairy and butterfly design. Also comes with a typed note that says:
Now, don't get excited,
Don't be misled;
It isn't what you think it is,
But dishcloths instead.
So slip out the stitches,
And pull the ribbons loose;
Get a pan of water
And they are ready for use.
Never used, but there are a few darker spots seen on the front.
