Rings on the outside bottom would have been hand-etched into the slipped cast clay on the jiggering machine. The bowls would be fully dipped and will show the three sagar marks from setting on the stilts in the kiln. This example in the rose colored glaze is in very good condition without chips, damage, or repairs. The rose has signs of light use and a glaze skip on the rim. The yellow shows almost no signs of being used, but it has a 1.5 inch hairline crack, as shown from both sides.
Measures a generous 7 3/8" wide.
