This antique lidded dish is in Excellent pre-owned condition.
I found at an estate auction where they had lots of antique dishes. It was well taken care of and treasured.
From Z. S. & C Bavaria which is the Zeh, Scherzer & Co in Germany. They have produced quality porcelain china tablewear from 1880-1992. This casserole dish with lid is white with Studio Handpainted green trim with blue forget-me-not flowers both on the dish and on the lid. Around the top, handles, lid and bottom of dish have gold trim. There are no cracks or chips. The inside has a couple black dots that look like pen ink points but don't come out when I washed the dish. It measures 9" across handles by 5 1/2" tall (including lid).
This dish would be a beautiful addition to your vintage dish collection or a great gift for someone special.
