This item is in good used condition, it has some flaws.
The bottom of the coat, at the end of the zipper has a magnet to "snap closed" on its own, it is zipped around the magnet exposing it.
There is a label on the inside that is barely holding on, it is riped and flaps.
The pockets and cuffs have magnets that are intact and work well.
The cuffs also have wear and tears, see photos.
There may be a scuff or mark here or there but honestly besides the flaws mentioned it is a great coat and looks like good condition from the outside. When zipped up those flaws are hidden.
