Hard to Find Hardback edition of this popular novel, including dust jacket. J. P. Putnam's Sons New York
The book has some issues, but is quite read-able. The pages don't line up smoothly along the outer edge of the book, but this may be a manufacturer's error rather than damage. Also, pages 190 and 191 are stuck together about 1/8" at the binding, which may also be a result of that same publisher's oops. You can still read those pages. The spine also shows a crease.
The dust jacket is showing some signs of wear, especially along the top.

The binding is tight and the pages are clean except for owner's name that I've noted. The book presents well despite the mentioned defects and will make a fine addition to your library.
