Bought in a store in Shibuya109 in either 2005 or 2009. Brand is "Witty Pitty," no idea if they're still around, can't really find much online about them. Worn and washed/air-dried only a couple times, it's in excellent shape with no signs of wear. Has lace up detail, lace trim, and a very cute floral pattern on pale pink. The tag lists the size as a medium but if you know how Asian sizes run are I'd say it's a US XS or S. I'm a US Small (or 4 usually) and it technically fits once on, but it doesn't have a zipper and the fabric is not really stretchy, so I'd only say it only really fits a Small if you have a small chest and a small bum and hips - otherwise you'll have trouble slipping it on and off.
