This is a vintage porcelain serving platter made in occupied Japan in the late 1940s early 1950s.
The platter was made by Aladdin and is the Arcadian pattern which consists of layered blued and green leaves and ornate hand painted gilt trim at the handles.
The pattern is in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks and mild loss of gilt along the edge.
The platter is 16 inches long by 11.5 inches in width and about 1 inch tall.
This platter is perfect for holiday meals and fine dining or even a summer time charcuterie platter!
The stand is not included and is strictly for photographing purposes.
