This is the 2018 Hallmark Ornament: Porgs of A Feather. It is from Episode VIII, Star Wars: The Last Jedi. It depicts R2-D2 putting up with the Porgs.
The store had ornaments in a basket marked "As Is". According to the salesclerk, they had received shipping boxes with a lot of damaged ornament boxes inside. They decided to sell them without the boxes. I didn't mind.
