London Kensington Station Clock
The Kensington Station was opened by the West London Railway as its southern terminus on May 27, 1844. The line was not popular and it was closed on December 1st that year due to the losses made. The line was re-opened to passengers later in the century as part of the West London Extension Railway with a new station, also called Kensington. This clock harkens back to the late 1800’s and features ordinal numbers to tell the time with. On its face it says "Kensington Station, est. 1872, London Clocks, No. 1519, STANDARD TIME". For an antique, vintage look, it’s painted in white with brown smudges in places around the edges.
