This Medallion is a beautiful handcut and polished Lapis Lazuli. Cut into a medallion Pendant, looking much like the shape in a Star Trek communications badge, measures 41mm by 38mm and weighes 16.73 grams. The point is drilled to accept either a ring or a bail. Sterling Silver bail are available for a nominal fee and a sterling ring is complimentary. The gem has banding of gold fleck, not actual gold, but iron pyrite often referred to as fools gold. The stone closely resembles a starry heavens under a dark sky. The photos do not do it justice. You will not be disappointed.
