The motto on the front enamel painting says "Velden Worthersee World Health Resort in Corinthia.
This badge is designed to fit the grill plate of a Porsche, BMW, or Volkswagen.
It is a real enamel painting with gilted outlines and lettering. It depicts the Hotel Worthersee on a body of water with a sailboat. It has the Karnten coat of arms and another that I cannot identify... Possibly the royal palace.

This car Badge is in near mint condition. Looks like someone may have mounted it for a short time. No damage to the badge can be detected but there are scuff marks on reverse around bolt holes!
Very unique piece and historical rarity these days!!
