Item is in Good Vintage condition; with only very slight signs of wear.
It looks to me like a lining was added to the bottom half of the dress, the dress was poorly hemmed so I removed the shortened hemline, there is some light discoloration at the removed hemline, pictured
The dress is very long and could be re-hemmed to avoid the discoloration.
