This is by the vintage designer BEST, they are known to use sterling silver and Swarovski crystals in their designs, I'm not sure if this is sterling or not, the back is tarnished some and needs cleaned. The front is beautiful with sparkly enamel flowers and ice pink super sparkly crystals! silver decorative edges.
Almost 2" tall, this has a bail on back for a chain or even a beaded necklace.
