5 Topps 1970 LA Dodgers Cards: Sutton, Maury Wills, Haller, McBean, Rookies

Buckner at the start of his gloried career is shown in a rookie card. Don Sutton pitched for 18 more years after the 1970 season. Maury Wills, base stealer extraordinaire, was on 3 Dodger WS winners in '59, '63, & '65 & Don Sutton was on the Dodgers in '74, '77, & '78. Haller & McBean were traded to LA not long before the 1970 season.

The cards have slight curves, McBean's card has a spot next to "Al" (His name at the lower left corner), Maury Wills' card doesn't have much of a left border & on the back, it has no northern border. The background white on the reverse sides of each card r different shades of off white w/Wills narrow borders being the whitest. (His stats r so extensive, there was no room 4 a cartoon or bio!) The cards r relatively not nicked on the corners, not dog-eared, creased, warped nor water marked; the photos r clear, the bios, cartoons & stats small but readable.
