NEC μPA68HA, unused, set of 2.
Although unused and stored for a long time, there are traces of being inserted into a socket for IDSS measurement.
This is a successor to the μPA63H, which was used in audio amplifiers from the 1970s to the 80s.
It can also be used as a replacement for the Y-K99 FET in the first stage of the power section of the Yamaha CA-2000 (with proven results).
If noise occurs or the DC balance is unstable, this FET may be the cause, and replacing it may restore functionality.
This type is already difficult to obtain.
