This Unique Little black Vintage Hat has a combination of iridescent plastic ribbon woven in with satin ribbon. It’s accentuated with a fun curl and roses. The veil covers the face or could be turned back over the top. There are a few little tears in the veil shown in photos, basically in very good vintage condition. If you are not aware, a little steam can help relax, and reshape your veil. Gently pull down after steaming until it takes back its shape.
