Title page is dated 1929. There is a "Christmas 1929" previous owner note so it seems likely this is a true vintage first edition or early printing. Published by The Studio of Leicester Square, London. Wiki says this 1929 volume was the author's last art book translated into English. It is about 60 text pages plus 59 full-page illustrations which are on glossy white pages. There are 3 sections of plates: architecture, sculpture, and painting (with painting having the most).
Vintage good condition for its age. Partial paper dust jacket (front only). Cover has discoloration. Spine has crease line. Previous owner writing on front endsheet. There are some yellowing stains on a couple text pages, but generally interior contents are clean including nice plates.
