The artist is my wife - a distinguished and awarded Watercolor & Acrylic Fine Artist and jewelry designer. She is known for her VERY DETAILED work in fantasy and whimsical inspirations.
MAIRIN--whose name means 'star of the sea' --Irish and Gaelic in origin. A fitting name for this wee red-haired merbaby wearing a sea shamrock circlet around her head and gently trying to swim unaided amid swirling sea-shamrocks and seaweed. Chubby cheeked and lovely green eyes--the colors on this print will be much better in person!
8 ½” x 11 ½” giclee print; image size approx. 5 ½” x 7 ½”; edition of 50 prints; personally signed, dated, numbered, hand-embellished with metallic inks by the artist herself; high quality giclee on thick acid-free archival matte finish fine art paper.
This limited-edition art print is in excellent-great condition, that has been kept in my home (smoke-free and pet-free).
