I will take a video when I drop the item off at the post office, so I will not accept claims that the item was not delivered. If you are concerned, I offer tracked shipping for an additional 150 yen. Even if a postal accident occurs, I will file an investigation request, but even if the item is not found, I will submit the video of the drop-off and you will be asked to provide a rating.
