Two Decks of Vintage Playing Cards
This is an Amazing find and both decks are Mint Condition, still in their original wrappings.
Produced in Johannesburg, South Africa. Each vintage deck consists of 52 cards + 1 joker + 1 extra text card.
The cards are represented by the traditional tribal dress of the Ngumi people.
Ndebele ( Hearts )
Swazi ( Clubs )
Xhosa ( Diamond's ) and
Zulu tribes ( Spades )
The joker is a medicine man
Both decks (One Red Deck/One Green Deck) are in a small, velvet lined wooden box.
I found a few pictures on the internet, showing what the cards look like.
Each Deck Measures:
2.5" wide x 3.75" long x .75" high.
The Wooden Box Measures:
6.25" long x 4.5" wide x 1.75" high.
