The cutest vintage vest! Black with pink and red hearts that say "puppy love" and have two cute pups in the centers. Back is a solid silky black with a puppy love-patterned tie at the bottom to adjust fit. Tag reads 1X but is oversized and can fit 2X - please see measurements below.
