Nice unique piece of Dugan Glass - See the footed bottom how it is twisted around, some call this a whimsical design. There is roughness on both handles but it looks to be that they are from the original pressing. No chips and cracks - see pictures for full condition
Highest parts stands at 3.75 - Handle to handle is around 8.5" wide or end lip to lip is around 7.5" wide
