This lovely vintage spoon is approaching 100 years old! Back when milk was delivered to the home, the bottles had an additional space where the cream could rise to the top and easily be separated from the milk. This spoon would have been used to scoop the cream out, which would then be used for a multitude of purposes, including making butter.
