Mannequin is size 8. The dress fits perfectly with a 38 inch bust. It has elastic in the back to allow for a variety of sizing but I wouldn’t suggest trying anything bigger than 42 inches. This is a vintage dress intended to hug the body so sizing isn’t really equal to today’s US sizing. I believe it most closely resembles a medium in today’s sizes.
