Beautiful Vintage Blue Topaz with Marcasite ring set in solid 925 sterling silver. Gorgeous blue gemstone in this ring. Lovely setting and in great condition. I can not say for 100% certainly that this is a Blue Topaz. It could be a beautiful CZ or something else. Either way it is quite pretty : )
