It comes complete with everything pictured and in near mint condition!

The outer clear slipcover is the piece with the most use, hence the near mint condition. It has the holographic NFL seal on the front. It has light scuffing and some scratches on the front and back part of the cover but the sides look good, which only means it did it's job in protecting the actual game case(s) with slipcover.
The actual game(s) case slipcover is scratch free on all sides and houses the game case beautifully! Very nice!
The game case is scratch free on all sides. No cracks on the inner plastic hubs.
The discs look fantastic!
Madden 09 disc has very light scratches on just a small area of the disc. Still clean almost new.
Head Coach disc was never used. It's still New! Scratch free!
Still has part of original seal sticker.
