Handmade studio pottery hanging decorative birdhouse. The birdhouse is about 6-1/2" tall. The interior of the lid has a fragrant wax that is intended to prevent wasps from nesting.
The birdhouse is signed Anita, which is my very artistically talented mom.
Per the maker, it is intended more for decorative purposes. While it does have drainage holes, the ceramic medium does not breath like a wood birdhouse does, and may be too hot in certain conditions.
The birdhouse is in good condition overall. There is one chip along the rim, but it's obscured with the lid in place.
