This dress by Tommy Hilfiger is true vintage, made in the early 2000s. It is a pull on style with raglan puff sleeves and ruffled hem with floral embroidered/beaded detail. Dress has an empire/babydoll style waist giving this milkmaid vibes for sure. There are some broken seams, most notably at the waist, it is the top seam only so it doesn’t create a hole. It could be fixed. Dress is in otherwise great condition! Perfect for spring!
