This is an adorable plastic bag holder. Bunny face and hands are terry cloth.
Baby bunnies are also terry cloth. It does appear she was holding another one at one time or holding something else.
There are a few small stains and some discoloration on the apron tie. The bag she is holding has a little discoloration as well
Personally I would put a piece of velcro or a button in the back if you are going to store a large amount of bags
