Some genuine LEGO parts are mixed in, but I don't know the details, so I'm selling them as is.

One figure is missing an arm.

I received them as a gift, and I don't know whether they are genuine or compatible parts.
I think they are mixed.
I haven't handled them much, so I don't think there are any noticeable stains, but please consider that there may be small scratches.
