Rare, hard-to-find local Hello Kitty, Yamaguchi Prefecture limited edition, pufferfish

This is a local specialty Hello Kitty pen from Yamaguchi Prefecture, featuring a pufferfish design. The photo doesn't quite capture it, but the box has Kitty wearing a pufferfish hat.

This is from a collection I've been slowly gathering for about 20 years. I've kept them stored in the box without taking them out of the bag.

There doesn't appear to be any dirt on Hello Kitty's face, but this is a personal inspection, so there may be oversights.

Due to long-term home storage, I haven't taken it out of the bag to test the ink, so I haven't confirmed if it works. Please understand that I cannot accept returns.

The product condition is listed as "like new," but the bag, barcode sticker, and the text on the sticker have yellowed or faded.
