This is a cute artisan keycap set from osume, featuring a soft touch illustration of lilacs and clouds.
It's not available in Japan, and I purchased it directly from the Canadian manufacturer and imported it.
Please note that some keycaps (as shown in image 3) are not included.
All included keycaps are unused, but the transparent packaging has been opened once.

The transparent packaging containing the keycaps may be difficult to open.
When I opened it, the packaging may have become slightly warped. Please be aware of this. (Damage is only possible at one of the four corners of the packaging, and there is no problem with the keycaps inside.)
