Vintage Japanese Cloth Geisha Doll 24" Tall with Japanese Guitar Instrument

This large vintage Japanese cloth Geisha doll stands at 24" tall and stands on a 5" x 1/2 diameter solid wooden base. She is playing a Japanese wooden guitar instrument with strings, frets and tuning pegs. Handmade in Taipei, Taiwan this antique doll is crafted from silk cloth, showcasing traditional Japanese culture. Marked on the bottom "Mentor Enterprises Co. LTD Taipei No. 117 Fun Chen Road, Yun Ho Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C." She is wearing a pink blouse with green/white bric a brac trimming the sleeve bottoms. Also a white patterned silk skirt and a peach and gold silk cape with white fur trim and a hood. There is a green silk bow around the neck. Her body is soft stuffed muslin and she is wearing red silk slippers. Her fingers are long with long hot pink nails. Her face is delicately painted and she has black silk hair made of individual strings. She has three silk flowers and a gold brooch in her hair with a large pearl in the center. Her face is made of a hard composite.
