This is a set of Toyco's Elgrand ambulance and Crown patrol car.
They have been used by a child, so there are minor scratches and dirt.
There is residue from removing cellophane tape on the roof of the ambulance (photos 4 and 5).
(It may be difficult to see in the photos.)
Neither vehicle is broken.
The sirens work properly, with sounds from 1 to 4, and the lights flash.
The patrol car's light bar also raises and lowers without issue.
