New without tags, never worn and in good condition with a few flaws as noted.
Theee is a run in the fabric at the bottom of the skirt front, as shown--- about 5" long but really not noticeable when worn. There's also 3 areas of loose stitching near the armpit, again not noticeable.
100% polyester with a thicker lining along the bodice and sheer fabric layered over. Sleeves are sheer 3/4 length with ties at end. Elastic at the waist with decorative buttons down the top front. Hits right at the knee. Measures 17" pit to pit.
