This vintage figurine depicts an old man/hobo/tramp sitting on a log with his dog and possessions.
The figurine appears to be done in a Capodimonte or Naturecraft style but I could not locate a stamp on the figurine. However, there does appear to be the remnants of a sticker on the bottom of the wood.
This item is in good condition but I do recommend that you use the photos to judge.
