Vintage (1960’s) “Toddlin Time” Mod green and white dress with a dropped waist, pleated skirt and a matching vest. This was made in U.S.A. This dress is in MINT condition with NO tears or stains on the fabric!! did hand wash the dress & steam ironed it. Please keep in mind~ that I sell clothes that are in mint condition.
