Tipsy Gypsy by Christian Franco. Made in Dubai, India. The satiny colorful print fabric is 100% rayon. Hand wash. The stretchy smocked bodice is 5 1/2" H. No size tag that I can find but should fit a XS/S. My mannequin is a size 2 and although it fits it want to slide down the plastic. It measures 28 1/2" L . Laying flat seam to seam the stretchy smocked band is 13" across the top of the band, 12 1/2" in the center, 11 1/2" at the bottom. Large side pockets. Ruffled hem. Very good condition. I ship same or next business day.
