Adorable children's dress/tunic top with cottages, bunnies, smiling worms, birds and kitties, and loads of mushies in blue, yellow, and pink polka dots!!

Looks handmade, and very well made by a 1960's seamstress. No notable flaws. I've steamed this to loosen any wrinkles but I haven't laundered it. Does not appear to have been worn.
