This is an ILBE main pack flap, an item released by the Marine Corps in Okinawa.
It is used and has some fading, and there is a tear in a part of the zip line flap, but it is on the front side of the flap and does not go all the way through, so it is within the range that does not affect use.

Zippers and fasteners can be used without any problems.
There is no stickiness or strange odor.
This is a used item released by the US military and will be delivered as is, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
