Vtg. JL Menau Graf Von Henneberg Echt Kobalt Trinket Box - Cobalt Blue and Gold

This is a stunning vintage JL Menau Graf Von Henneberg German cobalt blue oval trinket dish with lid that measures 5.5" length x 4" wide x 3" tall. The box features a stunning deep cobalt blue and gold floral design, hand-painted gold on porcelain. The hand-painted glaze on cobalt was extensively used in German porcelain production. The scalloped rim and gold trim add a touch of elegance and sophistication. It is perfect for storing jewelry or other small items. This piece is in very good vintage condition, with no noticeable wear on the gold paint. There are no chips, or cracks. There is light scratching on the interior side of the box (see photos), but no damage noted on the exterior at all. This beautifully crafted cobalt blue hand-painted trinket box would be a lovely addition to a collection or a nice home decor accent piece.
