This book by Professor Tominaga is a fascinating account of her studies on the aromas of wine (especially white wine), which she researched at the University of Bordeaux.
The edges of the pages are yellowed and have some stains, and the inside pages are also yellowed with age, but there are no markings and they are clean, with almost no signs of use. The obi (sleeve) also has some wrinkles, but there is little discoloration or tearing, and it is in good condition.
It is rarely seen in the used book market, and although there are 8 listings on Amazon, they are all priced at a minimum of ¥7723, with the others around ¥8000.
