This adorable, puffy plushie headband has a cute design.
I bought it at Universal Studios Japan on August 11th.
I only used it for about 6 hours since I entered the park at 3 PM. It's really clean and in great condition.
I washed it when I got home.
The puffy fins move.
Functionality has been confirmed.
It cost around 5000 yen.
